“Trust”

“Anything that looks like chaos and calamity in your life is just the Universe’s way of saying, ‘Trust me and we’ll make a life together that is beyond your wildest dreams.’ The key is to trust. There’s a bigger vision and purpose inside you that your small brain or Ego can imagine. The Universe has […]

Give Yourself Permission To Be Your Best Self

Do you ever wonder how successful people become so good at what they do? Have you always thought that you can do better, but didn’t know how to change limitations in your life? In this super short and sweet video, Brendon Burchard speaks from his heart when he describes how all of us, young or old, can access the part of ourselves that allows us to think big about our dreams while being practical. He touches on the fact that we all are constantly evolving, but how we choose to evolve is what separates successful people from dreamers. When you start living life as though you are successful, you are able to enter yourself into the world that you see fit for yourself. He says that in order to improve the person that you are, you not only have to be very self-aware and clear about your goals, but you have to manage your thinking. If you’re the kind of person that says things like,”I’m not good enough,” you need to change your thinking today. Because the fact of the matter is, you are good enough. You, dear friend, are the CEO of your life. For real. There is no one else in the world that has lived the life you’ve lived or accomplished what you’ve done so far. But if you want more out of life, take control of your mind and start telling yourself today that you are good enough and capable of reaching your highest potential. If you see yourself being, for example, a food truck owner that runs a not for profit organization, be about that life. If you need entrepreneurial skills, go get them. If you want to improve your culinary skills, start cooking more. There is no idea too crazy or too far-fetched; you’ve just got to be willing to change your perceptions on what you’re able to do.

“When you reach for your best self, you start to achieve your best things.”

Love and Light,

Jenni

How To ReProgram Your Subconscious Mind To Get What You Want with Dr. Cathy Collautt

This talk that Marie Forleo has with metaphysician and manifestation consultant Dr. Cathy Collautt is without a doubt one of the best conversations I’ve heard all year. Period.

How I came to find it is a pretty funny story. I was feeling curious a few days ago about what Gabrielle Bernstein’s thoughts were on witches and the first video that popped up was the one I’m sharing with you today.

“Yes, Hocus Pocus was awesome, but the real magic lies within us,” was what I thought after watching these two ladies speak about how it is possible to generate what we want by simply focusing on our intentions. For the record, I don’t believe in the societal definition of a witch, but I do believe that some people are more in touch with their intuitions and inner light than others. I also believe that anyone is capable of accessing the part of themselves that is more spiritual in order to gain the power they need to cultivate their dreams and desires.

With this video, you’ll learn about the 5 steps you can take in your life to get your subconscious mind on board with your conscious goals, and in turn get anything you want. I loved everything that Dr. Collautt had to say in this conversation and know that what she is teaching really does work. It is totally possible for ordinary people, like you and I, to reprogram how we access our potential and live more purposeful lives.

Hope you have a beautiful Sunday. 🙂

Much Love,
Jenni

Twenty Four for 24

Every year of my twenties so far has felt like a life time: an individual universe of life lessons, future defining decisions and self-contemplation. There’s been a lot of fun parts and a lot of intense parts but the takeaway is that man, being in my twenties is exhausting. Our twenties is when most of […]

What 7 Wildly Successful People Wish They Knew When They Were Younger

What 7 Wildly Successful People Wish They Knew When They Were Younger

As a girl in early twenties that has her goals validated by those lightbulbs that flash over her head on the daily, I love it when publications like the Huffington Post release these super insightful “articles” that speak to younger millennials. Click on the title to read it.

Hearing that a successful woman like Tina Fey had to encourage herself to say “yes” to new opportunities or that Ellen DeGeneres had to learn that being authentic was where her strength lied, makes it even more clear that every path is not going to be the same. Powerful women are  not just born, by the way. They are created. Tina and Ellen fed their talents over the years, worked on their craft and became the awesome trailblazers they are today because they never gave up on accomplishing what they set out to do. We’re all on our own path to greatness, but we must remember that we have to put the work in and step outside of your comfort zone in order to get to the conference tables we want to be eating bagels from and the Tedx talk we would like to be headlining.  Buzzworthy-like write ups like this are giving us just a friendly reminder of what we should be thinking about as we go through our day hustle.

Good going, Huffington Post. All your Health and Wellness articles have been so on point recently. If I’m not too tired from celebrating my birthday in NYC next month, I may just have to stop by your HQ. I promise all I will do is give a few high  fives and invite Arianna out for brunch.

Be Well,

Jenni O.

Edit:

I won’t be in NYC till NYE. Eeek..
