About

“Bridging the gap between young urban life and traditional approaches to spiritual practices.”

I’m a proud yogi that enjoys helping others discover what makes them happiest. Through my own personal experience, I’ve discovered that living a more conscious life where I’m required to be present at all times is how I’ve really been able to find what makes me feel the most complete. Being happy takes work, you guys! This blog will be used to document thoughts that I have on wellness, mind-body connection, and discovering my calling. As someone that sees themselves as a global citizen, I’m curious about the ways in which people from around the world are connecting to their higher calling and will be posting videos, quotes, and book reviews as this blog grows.

As a new follower of Kundalini yoga, I’ve found that I’m more capable of doing the things that I thought I could never do because I no longer think that anything is impossible. “I’m possible”….therefore, anything that I put my mind to can be accomplished. In the short time that I’ve been following the kundalini philosophy, I’ve seen that this is true. Through my documented journey of discovering what makes me happiest and most fulfilled, I hope to inspire other millennials to find for themselves what makes them feel the most whole too.

Today, we have the opportunity to make the world a better place with the technology and understanding that together we can do anything. But in order to change the world, we have to change ourselves first. We have to change how we define success, how we treat our neighbors and how we relate to the world at large.

“A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.” -Yoko Ono

If you’re interested in learning more about kundalini yoga or anything I’ve written about thus far, feel free to shoot me an email. I’d love to hear from you. 🙂

Love and Light,

Jenni
